Can I have my wedding at The Ben?
Yes, and The Ben is one of the most sought-after wedding venues in West Palm Beach. It is the only venue in the area with a rooftop ballroom, the Blue Heron Ballroom, which offers 3,800 square feet of event space with panoramic views of the marina, Palm Beach Island, and the Atlantic Ocean. The hotel hosts full-day wedding arrangements every weekend year-round.
How many guests can The Ben accommodate for a wedding?
The Blue Heron Ballroom can seat up to 190 guests for a reception. For events with dinner, DJ and dance floor, we can accommodate up to 160 guests, or up to 172 guests for dinner, dance floor and live band.
For larger celebrations, The Park at Banyan Square offers over 9,000 square feet of outdoor space and can accommodate up to 300 guests. There is also The Studio, an 1,800-square-foot gallery-style space that works well for ceremonies, cocktail receptions, or intimate rehearsal dinners for up to 160 guests.
What is included in a wedding at The Ben?
Wedding packages at The Ben include the venue space, gourmet catering from the in-house culinary team, two full-service bars, a personal wedding butler for the couple, a champagne toast, customized dinner menu cards, round and king table options, a dance floor, entertainment staging, and standard linens. Select event spaces also include complimentary honeymoon accommodations for the couple on the wedding night. Reduced room block rates for guests and Marriott Bonvoy benefits are available as well.
Are pet-friendly weddings possible at The Ben?
